Jeff HogbergDice Goblin: A term for collector of polyhedral dice who is strongly driven to amass multitudes of the plastic click-clack math rocks. For whatever reason, they appeal to the afflicted individual on some sort of deep sensory level. They may or may not use said dice to play tabletop games such as Dungeons & Dragons, or as inspiration for creating characters for other creative endeavours.
I picked up another hobby along the way - One that's not rare among my dice goblin brethren - Photography of my hoard. Putting my own spin on it has led to some pretty neat shots. And it was something I could do while dealing with chronic illness.
As my family got on a jigsaw puzzle kick, I realized the shots of the hoard had characteristics we liked in our puzzles. And so, with the help of my brother and his fancy camera, I've set out specifically to create hoard shots that would make good puzzles, as well as turning old shots into good puzzles.
