This is a pandiagonal Magic Square of Order[9]. The set of numbers {0-80} are arranged so that the total of any grouping of 9 (horizontal, vertical, diagonal, or boxed) is the same. It is one of the most balanced of all the magic squares possible, understood as [3]4... Three colors and four squares allows for 81 combinations, described in the underlying numeric architecture in Base3, but converted to decimal using {0,1,2} and {1,3,9, 27} as the foundational values...
